Brean-based radio station Coast Radio is set to start a second summer of transmissions on Tuesday morning (August 1st).
Owner Josh Haywood (pictured) told Burnham-On-Sea.com that the summer-time holiday station would go on air at 8am on 105FM, having completed test transmissions in recent days.
Auditions for budding DJs have been held at the station’s studios in Brean during recent days and it now has enough presenters for its month of non-stop broadcasts.
Alongside non-stop music from the 60s to today, there will also be competitions, phone-ins, news and what’s on information.
