Clampers were back in action outside Burnham-On-Sea lifeboat station’s gates on Sunday afternoon (March 18th).
Despite several prominent ‘no parking’ signs in the area, including one on the gate in front of him, this motorist chose not to heed the warnings and paid the price.
Burnham-On-Sea.com has reported several times in recent years how vehicles which obstruct the lifeboats could hold up a rescue.
And therefore the clamping firm Premier Parking has been used to remove obstructions. Drivers risk fines, clamping, and even being towed away – as has happened in the past (see link below).
