A special film screening at Burnham-On-Sea’s Ritz Cinema on Monday night (October 8th) raised hundreds of pounds towards the costs of the town’s Christmas lights display.
Burnham-On-Sea Chamber of Trade organised a screening of the hit film ‘Mamma Mia 2’.
Over 60 people attended the event, with a meal and raffle held at The Ritz Social Club afterwards, raising a total of £811 towards this year’s Burnham display.
Burnham Chamber of Trade’s Chairman Mark Newman thanked all those who had attended and supported the event, plus the Ritz Cinema’s Pat and Beryl Scott, plus The Ritz Social Club’s Paul Hale.
