Residents and traders in Burnham-On-Sea pulled on their festive woolies to mark national Christmas Jumper Day on Friday (December 14th).
Around four million people across the UK were expected to wear a Christmas jumper on Friday, donning extravagant knitted designs while raising cash for good causes.
Staff at Burnham’s Priory Court care home pulled on their Christmas jumpers to spread some festive cheer.
The team at Burnham’s Positive Wealth Creation pulled on their festive jumpers to raise funds for Save The Children.
Staff at David Salisbury Conservatories in Highbridge also joined the fun while raising money for their chosen charity, Burnham’s mental health charity In Charley’s Memory.
Staff at Think Drink in East Brent also pulled on their festive woolies, pictured above, to get in the Christmas mood, as pictured above.
The solicitors team at Merryweather Williams in Burnham-On-Sea, formerly Alletsons, also took part in Christmas Jumper Day, as pictured here, for Save the Children. You can help them raise as much money as possible by placing any spare change in the collection boxes in the Merryweather Williams’ reception in College Street.
Burnham-On-Sea Scouts also joined the Christmas Jumper Day fun with an event at the Scout Hut on Friday evening, pictured above.
The youngsters at Highbridge’s Lisa Jane School of Dance also got into a Christmas mood with their jumpers and costumes.
