Burnham and Highbridge Choral Society has been presented with a community award for its work in the two towns.
Mayor Ken Smout handed over the award to the society’s Chairman Bev Hearn during its Spring concert on Saturday night.
Director Ray Willis and guest soloists Pamela Rudge and Anne Stanford, pictured above, were among those celebrating the award.
The society’s members performed Vivaldi Gloria and excerpts from Les Miserables at St Andrew’s Church during a sell-out performance.
Bev told Burnham-On-Sea.com it was a “real honour” for the society to be recognised with the award and he thanked Cllr Smout.
