Firefighters from Burnham-On-Sea were called to tackle a chimney fire in Brent Knoll on Saturday evening (January 24th).
Crews were called to a home in Wick Lane, Brent Knoll just after 8pm.
A spokesman confirmed: “The fire service received a call reporting a chimney fire in Brent Knoll – one fire appliance from Burnham-On-Sea attended.”
“Crews inspected the chimney with a thermal image camera and confirmed the fire was out on the arrival of the fire service. Fire crews gave the occupants fire safety advice.”
