BARB receives cheque after successful fundraiser
Burnham-On-Sea’s hovercraft crew have been presented with a cheque for £270 following a successful fundraising event at the town’s Ritz Social Club.
A fun casino night held on July 23rd raised cash for the BARB hovercraft. It was attended by scores of local people.
BARB secretary Peter Charles said: “It was a fun evening with lots of local people in attendance. We really appreciate the money that has been raised. It is great to be well supported by our local groups.”
