TV chef Lesley Waters opened a show home at a new housing development in East Huntspill, near Burnham, on Saturday morning (January 15th).
The celebrity chef cut a ribbon to officially open the first property at Bellway’s Church Meadow development, where she also provided cookery classes and demonstrations to potential homebuyers.
Church Meadow is a development of 23 properties featuring two-five bedroom homes which are expected to be fully completed within 12 months.
Mark Sweet, Sales Manager of Bellway Homes, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We were excited to welcome Lesley Waters to help kick-start our show home opening celebrations. She gave cooking demonstrations to show potential homebuyers the functionality of our kitchens.”
Lesley regularly appears on cookery TV shows such as Ready Steady Cook, and is currently one of the featured chefs on This Morning.
