Hundreds of pounds was raised for local charities when a fundraising cheese and wine evening was held in Brent Knoll on Saturday night (April 23rd).
Burnham-On-Sea Rotary Club held the event at the village’s Parish Hall where 60 people enjoyed nibbles and fine wines, accompanied by jazz music from Debbie C – also known as Debra Jay, right.
“We had a great turnout of supporters on a fun evening and hope to have raised a great amount for local Rotary charities,” said a Rotary spokesman.
