Burnham-On-Sea police have released these CCTV photos of a man they want to speak to following the theft of £80 from a town supermarket’s cash machine earlier this week.
The man, who has short dark hair and was wearing a dark blue V-neck top and jeans, was captured on CCTV cameras at around the same time that the money was taken from a cash point at Tesco in Love Lane after being accidentally left behind by a previous customer.
A police spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “A woman withdrew £80 from the cash point at 12.22pm on Tuesday (May 18th), but left before removing the money.”
“The cash was then removed by another person before her return. Officers are trying to trace the man who we think may be able to help with our enquiries.”
