Fire crews called to carbon monoxide leak at Burnham-On-Sea home

Burnham-On-Sea firefighters were called to a carbon monoxide leak at a property in the town on Sunday evening (January 1st).

Two appliances from Burnham-On-Sea and Bridgwater were sent to Love Lane at 5.40pm.

“Crews located the source of the leak which was coming from the boiler,” a spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.

“The gas supply was isolated and crews checked the property for any readings of Carbon Monoxide using a Gas Detection Monitor and they also ventilated the property.”
