A Burnham-On-Sea fire crew was called to a crash near Bridgwater on Saturday afternon (May 12th).
Crews were called at 2.39pm to Chilton Polden Hill at Chilton Polden near Bridgwater.
“One appliance from Bridgwater and one from Burnham-On-Sea were mobilised following a report to the fire service control room of a road traffic collision with a person trapped,” said a spokesman.
“On arrival at the scene the crews confirmed one vehicle was involved in a road traffic collision with the vehicle on its side.”
The crews stabilised the vehicle and used small tools to release the man inside by 3.08pm who received help from paramedics.
