A motorist was taken to hospital after a crash left a car upside down on Burnham-On-Sea’s motorway roundabout.
Emergency services were called to the upturned vehicle on the A38 at Edithmead at 2.20pm on Monday (September 28th), as pictured here.
South Western Ambulance spokeswoman Melodie Juste told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We were called to the roundabout to reports of a car on its roof. One crew was sent to the scene and a patient was taken to Weston General Hospital with minor injuries.”
The road was partially closed for several hours, with police diverting traffic around the scene while recovery of the car took place.
