A busy road through Brent Knoll is to close for 12 days during January for essential roadworks.
Somerset Council says Brent Street wil close from the junction with Bristol Road at the Fox and Goose junction, north-westwards for a total distance of 809 metres.
The closure will be in force from 8th January until 19th January between the hours of 8am-6pm daily for a total of 12 days.
The closure will enable Openreach to carry out duct installation works to allow upgrades to the internet service.
