The church tower at St Andrew’s Church in Burnham-On-Sea will be open today (Saturday, May 25th) for visitors to find out more about bellringing.
Scheduled to coincide with Burnham’s food festival, the event will encourage visitors to explore the church and the historic bells.
“We plan to open the tower and invite people up to see the lovely views – weather permitting – and also to learn about bellringing,” said the group’s Margaret Furner.
“The tower will be open from 11am to 4pm – we look forward to welcoming visitors through the day.”
