Visitors to The Reeds Arms in Burnham-On-Sea will be able to sing along to Christmas carols while enjoying a pint today (Tuesday, December 10th).
Burnham’s JD Wetherspoon pub on The Esplanade is holding a carols concert at 4pm, organised by Church leaders from Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge.
Rev Sharon Eldergill from St Andrew’s Church told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Working with Wetherspoons we have held a Carol service in the pub each year at Christmas for five years, which continues to be popular and very well attended.”
“We are delighted that Wetherspoons have invited us back again this year for Carols in the Community.”
“The service is relaxed and informal, the bar is open, and hot chocolate, teas and coffee are available to buy. It’s a lovely Christmassy event, to which all are warmly welcomed.”
