Burnham-On-Sea town centre has been given a dash of Spring colour this week, thanks to members of the town’s Freemasons.
The group has planted dozens of flowers in the empty planters along Burnham-On-Sea High Street, as pictured here.
The group’s John Chinn told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Burnham In Bloom were finding it difficult to get hold of enough suitable flowers for the planters this year so we stepped in to help them.”
“We have sourced the flowers from Bower Flowers and compost from Mole Valley plus help from Ultimate Vision who provide the transport and a driver.”
“We have taken on the job of planting the planters for three years, twice a year. It’s our way of giving something back to the community and helping to keep the appearance of our town centre looking good.”
