Burnham-On-Sea Motor Club to hold annual tour of Somerset this July

-

Burnham-On-Sea Motor Club is to hold its annual tour of Somerset this July, raising funds for Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance.

This year’s Andy Simm Memorial Classic Tour will take place on Sunday 14th July, finishing in Burnham.

“Every year we raise money for the Dorset and Somerset air ambulance, and since 2005, Burnham Motor Club has donated an incredible £5,865.00 to the charity,” says the club’s Kris Puddy.

“This year’s tour starts in Glastonbury and follows a glorious 65-mile route, finishing at the Windmill Leisure Park at Edithmead where we have been given a separate area to park, so we can show off all the cars.”

“Our entry fee includes everything – breakfast, lunch and all information/rally plates for the event. If you would like any more information please go to www.bosmotorclub.co.uk.”

“We feel the Dorset and Somerset air ambulance is a fantastic cause and they receive no government funding so it is completely charity based.”

“We have raised thousands for them over the years, we cant do it without your support and all proceeds from this event go to the charity.”
