The team at Burnham-On-Sea beauty salon Prim N Proper are celebrating this week after achieving a five-star ranking from an international guide.
The Good Salon Guide, which has become the kitemark of quality for the public and hairdressing industry, has given the salon in Burnham-On-Sea High Street its highest grade.
Prim N Proper owner Sarah Glaysher told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We are over the moon with our five-star rating from the Good Salon Guide. We have worked hard since opening the new salon in February, making adjustments along the way to meet client expectations.”

The Good Salon Guide is the only independent, nationwide scheme for assessing professional standards and services within the hairdressing and beauty industries.
Listing around 2,000 salons in the UK, Europe and the UAE, the Good Salon Guide has become the kitemark of quality for the public and hairdressing industry.
Hairdressing salons are visited and objectively assessed by professionally trained inspectors against a set of strict criteria in the same way as the well-known AA or RAC hotel guides, giving consumers confidence in their choice. All salons are reassessed annually.
