A Burnham-On-Sea fire crew tackled a car blaze in West Huntspill on Sunday evening (September 22nd).
Firefighters were called to Ringstone, West Huntspill at 11.20pm where a car was well alight.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said it “received multiple calls” to the incident.
A spokesman added: “Fire control immediately mobilised one fire engine from Burnham to attend this incident.”
“On arrival, the incident commander confirmed one vehicle was well alight.”
“Crews got to work extinguishing the blaze using one compressed air foam jet and one breathing apparatus.”
“The vehicle was sixty percent damaged by the fire. The incident commander believed this to be an accidental ignition.”
