Burnham-On-Sea firm Watermark Wealth Management has celebrated the start of its 30th anniversary year with the unveiling of a video in the style of the hit comedy TV show ‘The Office’.
The long-running company, based at the Manor House in Burnham’s Manor Gardens, was visited by a Ricky Gervais/David Brent lookalike with amusing results.
Owner Mark Woods told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Watermark Wealth Management’s ‘The Office’ video was produced to make our refreshed logo, website and brand relaunch a little bit of fun – all in celebration of our 30th year in business locally which commences on 15th November 2019.”
“The reactions to the video across our clients and through various social media channels has been amazing with a unanimous ‘thumbs up’.”
He adds: “The reason for the theme is two-fold. Firstly, I love ‘The Office’ as a comedy show in spite of the fact that some our younger team members had never watched an episode. They have been duly educated in the style of David Brent, aka Tim Oliver the lookalike that starred in the video.”
“Secondly, this different approach is in line with the way we work as a business. Daring to be different is what has enabled us to push the boundaries of our business to provide the type of service and support our clients love.”
“Admittedly, this type of comedy is not everyone’s cup of tea, but the team here shared many laughs filming it, and, we hope it shows off the Manor House in all its glory as well as bringing a smile to a few faces. Simultaneously, of course, it gets the message across about our relaunch.”
