A Burnham-On-Sea barber is celebrating after winning the title of ‘best barber in the area’.
Victoria Street Barbers has won the title from iguy magazine based on a mix of reviews and six months’ polling data.
Owner John Edmiston, pictured, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “This really means a lot to me – it’s great recognition for the excellent work we do.”
“News that we’d won came out of the blue after my wedding so it was a great surprise!”
The award follows John winning another award earlier this year after he took part in a live hair cutting competition at Bridgwater’s McMillan theatre and was judged to be barber of the year among those who took part.
