-

Burnham-On-Sea firefighters were called out on Monday morning (April 15th) to tackle a blaze that left a Land Rover badly damaged.

Cheddar and Burnham fire crews were called to Cheddar Road in Axbridge just after 11.20am to reports that the vehicle was alight.

Crews tackled the blaze using one hose reel jet and two sets of breathing apparatus and then monitored it with a gas meter until the vehicle cooled.

No-one was hurt in the incident.
