The winning entries in Burnham-On-Sea and Highbridge’s annual Christmas lights competition were announced on Monday evening (December 17th).
Two judges from the Town Council – Cllr Peter Clayton and Cllr Victoria Weavell – toured both towns to decide on the best displays, while representatives from Burnham-On-Sea Chamber of Trade and Highbridge Chamber of Trade picked the winning shop windows.
Mayor Bill Hancock and Mayoress Frances Hancock presented the prizes of engraved cups, cheques and certificates to the winners during Monday’s council meeting, as pictured here.
