A Burnham-On-Sea family has completed their own unique version of the ice bucket challenge to raise money for a cause close to their hearts.
Maggie Mutton and her family were doused with buckets of sea water next to the town’s jetty this week to raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA).
It comes after a family member, Nigel Boley, died of the disease in November 2012. He was featured here by Burnham-On-Sea.com in 2012 when he launched a book he had written.
Hundreds of pounds was raised for MNDA during this week’s sea water challenge, as pictured here.
