Proposals to develop a large area of land outside Highbridge will go on show to the public for the first time this Saturday (April 2nd).
Hallam Land Management is holding an exhibition in the town where plans to develop land at Brue Farm will be displayed.
The exhibition will be held at St John Ambulance Hall in Bank Street from 10.30am-2.30pm throughout Saturday.
Burnham-On-Sea.com first reported earlier this year how up to 400 new homes could be built on the site.
It follows Sedgemoor District Council’s consultation on the future development of the land, south of the River Brue.
Town councillors were anxious that the development should not consist simply of more flats, but family houses instead.
They said they would prefer to see 250 homes rather than 400 flats.
Hallam recently started work on a major development of to 2,000 new homes in Bath Road, Bridgwater in line with the Bridgwater Challenge Initiative.
