A Burnham-On-Sea fire crew was called to extinguish a blaze in a carport on Friday afternoon (September 4th).
One fire engine was sent to Broadhurst Gardens, as pictured, at 4.40pm after residents reported a small blaze.
Fire spokesman Paul Slavin told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “The fire was in some cardboard in a carport and was quickly put out. It is thought to have been started by a discarded cigarette.”
