A public consultation session is to be held in Brent Knoll today for villagers to find out more about a new development of homes to be located next to the A38.
Coln Residential and Property Link Consultants are holding the event on Monday (14th May) to discuss its plans for a proposed residential development on land to the North East of Brent Street in Brent Knoll.
The new scheme features 11 open market homes of 3-4 bedroom houses, plus seven affordable homes of 1-4 bedrooms.
All Brent Knoll residents are welcome at the public consultation session at Brent Knoll Village Hall in the Jubilee Room on 14th May between 3-6pm.
A spokesman says: “Please come and talk to the development team and let us know what you think – we have listened to residents who attended public consultations to our previous application.”
