Brean’s Beachside Holiday Park will be hosting their fifth annual classic car show today (Sunday June 9th).
The holiday park in Coast Road, Brean will hold the event with Bridgwater Classic & Vintage Club next to the Sundowner cafe.
Organiser Rob Coombes told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We hope to have well over 100 vehicles on show with plenty see for visitors.”
“We have the usual classic and vintage cars from all of the world’s manufacturers, including Great Britain and the USA, France and Germany.”
“Other attractions include two miniature steam engines puffing around the site all day, and there will be a live band playing in the afternoon on the outdoor stage.”
“There, you can sit and listen to the various tunes whilst tucking into something hot from the outdoor barbecue and a cold or hot drink from the cafe.”
“Once again we will be doing a raffle in aid of the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance who will be in attendance, and we are also hoping for a flypast from their helicopter if it isn’t busy.”
