Three vehicles were either seized or banned from the road, while other motorists were issued with fixed penalty notices for offences ranging from having no tax and insurance to driving unroadworthy vehicles and not wearing seat belts. The full figures are listed below.

“I wanted to make good use of the ANPR camera that the community has financed to make Brean a safer place.”
Among those who helped in the two-day operation were the Road Policing Unit, Special Constables, police constables from other areas and the Brean neighbourhood policing team.
