A classic vehicle show is set to be held in Brean today (Sunday, June 12th) with dozens of great cars, bikes and others on show.
The Bridgwater Classic & Vintage Club will be holding the event in aid of the Somerset & Dorset Air Ambulance.
Taking place at the Sundowner Cafe at Beachside Holiday Park in Coast Road from 10am-6pm, there will be dozens of vehicles from all eras attending.
“There will be a wide range of different vehicles on show from the ever-popular VWs to the WW2 American jeep, hot rods and custom cars,” said a spokesman.
“There will also be classic British and European cars from our not to distant past, plus stalls and kids entertainment, live music and a café selling home-cooked food and cold beverages.”
“The highlight of the day will be a flypast by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight’s iconic WW2 fighter aircraft, the Supermarine Spitfire and Hawker Hurricane at around 2.15pm-2.45pm.”
“Parking is very limited on site but for a small fee there is ample car parking on the beach adjacent to the site.”
“It all kicks off at 10am and is completely free to enter – all we ask is a small donation placed in the Somerset & Dorset Air Ambulance pots.”
“There are still some more spaces available so for any more info or to book your classic into this event please call Rob on 07919351867.”
