Over 100 people attended a fundraising concert performed by Clevedon Brass Band in Burnham-On-Sea’s Princess Theatre on Saturday evening (April 9th).

Called ‘Brass and Chips’, the event was organised by Burnham-On-Sea’s Moose International Lodge 123 and included table service of freshly-made chip meals, a licensed bar, and a raffle.

Funds raised went to Burnham’s ‘Sounds and Voices’ talking newspaper and other Moose charities.

Organiser Terry Cornelius said: “For fans of brass band music, this was an event not to miss and the audience was treated to a superb night’s entertainment.”

Hundreds of pounds is expected to have been raised from the successful night.
