Burnham-On-Sea fire crew rescues 2 year-old boy stuck in car

Burnham-On-Sea firefighters rescued a two year-old boy after he became accidentally locked inside a car on Wednesday (February 21st).

A crew was sent to Deacon Way in the town at just before 9am after the boy’s concerned mum raised the alarm.

“One fire appliance from Burnham-On-Sea was sent following a call from the mother of the two year-old little boy, who had got accidentally locked in the car,” confirmed a fire spokesman.

“Within minutes of arriving the little boy was released, uninjured and into the care of his mum, using small tools.”
