Burnham-On-Sea’s St Andrews Church Hall Short Mat Bowling Club has celebrated its 19th anniversary this week.
The bowls club – which has 35 members – meets at the church hall on Mondays from 7-9m and on Fridays from 10am-12 noon.
Club secretary Jen Nicholls said the group had enjoyed the celebration to mark the milestone.
The founding members and players gathered together and a specially decorated cake was cut to mark the occasion, she said. New members are welcome.
