Hundreds of people headed to Burnham-On-Sea’s Ritz Social Club for an Easter Day fundraiser to help the town’s new ‘BosFest’ music festival.
Tanya Dyer, Chairperson at the BosFest, said: “Huge, huge thanks go to everyone who helped to make our fundraiser such a successful and great day.”
“Massive thanks go to all the musicians and bands who gave their time and their talents, including Jake Beckett, Nick and Emily Elswood, Tim Dean, Mervin, Duress, Last One Home, Talk Show Hosts, Bouncing Biscuit, and Chiller – they were all awesome.”
“Also many thanks to our great soundmen Mark Johnson and Nigel Gulliford who worked so hard and had an incredibly long day, and all at the Ritz Social Club – Paul Hale and the rest of the team, who worked so hard and made everyone so welcome.”
“And a thank you also goes to all our committee members who worked so hard on the day and beforehand to make it happen.”
“Last, but not least, thank you to our audience – you were fab, your support was amazing you made it a successful and fantastic event! You raised in excess of a £1000 which is fantastic!”
