The body of a middle-aged man found washed up in a river estuary near Burnham-On-Sea last month had links with the Royal family, it has been reported in a national newspaper this week.
The Daily Mail reports that David Lowe, pictured, was the husband of Prince Charles’s personal flower arranger.
His wife, Sarah Champier-Lowe, who works full-time at Highgrove, has been employed by Prince Charles for 11 years.
Mr Lowe, 52, was last seen alive in April, and his vehicle was found abandoned at a service station near the Severn Bridge. His body was found in a river estuary near Burnham-On-Sea Sailing Club on Monday May 25th.
Police sealed off an area around Burnham Sailing Club, as pictured above, when the body was found at the mouth of the rivers Brue and Parrett.
Police said they were not treating the discovery as suspicious and West Somerset Coroner Michael Rose added that the cause of the death was unascertained.
