A candidate from the controversial British National Party will contest Burnham-On-Sea’s parliamentary seat at this Spring’s General Election, it has been announced this week.
Richard Boyce has been chosen by the right-wing party to contest the Wells constituency seat, which covers the Burnham-On-Sea area.
Mr Boyce will campaign for an end to British involvement in the Afghan war, withdrawal from the EU, and an end to immigration.
The party also said this week that the local issues which it will campaign on will include a lack of housing for local residents, an increase in anti-social behaviour and rising unemployment.
