A new golf clubhouse and 12 new jobs are set to be created at Brean Leisure Park.
The owners of the park have submitted a planning application to Sedgemoor District Council to renew an existing proposal for the leisure site.
If approved, the single-storey golf clubhouse on the 18-hole course would feature a bar, dining area and club shop, as well as 51 extra parking spaces.
A decision regarding the proposal could come from Sedgemoor District Council during February. Local residents have until February 5th to provide feedback.
