Proposals to build 13 new homes in Burnham-On-Sea have been submitted to district council planners this week.
Bloor Homes has applied for full planning permission to build 13 dwellings with associated gardens, garages and parking on land to the east of Cookson Close.
The development would comprise of one three-bedroomed house plus 12 of four bedrooms or more.
Local residents have until May 3rd to submit their feedback about the scheme.
