A motorcyclist has died following a collision near Highbridge last week, police said on Monday.
The victim had been riding his Suzuki SV650 motorcycle along the B3139 on Thursday morning (May 15th).
“At 7.40am the motorcyclist, who was travelling west along the road, collided with a parked Mini One in Watchfield,” a spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“The man, who was in his 30s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries and died the following day.”
An investigation has started to establish the circumstances of the collision and police are keen to hear from anyone who saw what happened.
