Over thirty new homes could be built at a holiday park in Berrow, if plans unveiled this week get approved by the district council.
Sandy Glade Holiday Park in Coast Road has applied for permission to construct 31 holiday cottages, contained within five two-storey blocks.
The applicants, John Fowler Holidays, also want to remove an existing caravan sales area adjacent to the main buildings and create a new landscaped parking area, in addition to other modifications to the parking area. The plans will go before Sedgemoor planners over the next few weeks.
