Berrow children create colourful display dedicated to those who died of Covid-19

-

Children at Berrow School have made a colourful floral display and dedicated it to those who have lost their lives during the Coronavirus pandemic.

The display has been painted, painted and planted by the children of key workers who attended Berrow Primary School during the pandemic.

A message on the display states: “We dedicate it to those who sadly lost their lives and to those who tirelessly worked to protect us all.”

The school’s Jess Sinnott told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Over the last few weeks, the key worker children and I have worked on this display. They decided they wanted bright rainbow colours and to make something that their friends could see as soon as they arrive back at school.”

She added that the plants were provided by Westcroft Eggs of Red Road, Berrow.
