Burnham-On-Sea’s annual Beer Festival will make a return to the town this weekend.
Now in its sixth year, it will be hosted by The Ritz Social Club in Victoria Street from Friday 28th April through the May Bank Holiday weekend.
The 2017 Burnham Beer Festival aims to attract real ale fans to the town’s Ritz Social Club in Victoria Street with a fantastic selection of beers and live music.
This year’s festival will feature mainly local real ales including such gems as Golden Pig from Country Life brewery and Glastonbury Ales ‘Love Monkey’.
One Brewery will win the 2017 ‘Best Beer of Festival‘ award as voted for by festival visitors. A beer tasting and voting card will be handed out to everyone on arrival and half pint beer vouchers will be on sale.
Live music on the Ritz Stage this year features Beckett & Momentum on Friday night, Nathanial Topping & Rude Awakening on Saturday night, while Sunday night closes with Duress & The Chocolate Frogs. Monday afternoon will see the fabulous Rustique with a jam session not to be missed!
The Burnham Beer Festival opens at 7pm on Friday 28th April and is then open from midday all Bank Holiday weekend. Live Music on the Ritz Stage starts at approximately 1pm every day. Admission is free.
