Burnham-On-Sea Beavers given bonfire night safety advice

-

Burnham-On-Sea Beavers were given tips and advice about staying safe on bonfire night during a special safety evening by the town’s police on Thursday (November 4th).

PCSOs Sarah England and Claire Finch visited Burnham Beavers HQ at the BASC Ground where they gave an interactive talk about the dangers of Guy Fawkes Day and how to have an enjoyable night.

Beaver leader Mandy Williams told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “We are so grateful to Sarah and Claire for coming to discuss the importance of staying safe, especially over this weekend.”

“We want the children to enjoy firework displays and bonfire evenings, but more importantly we want them to enjoy them safely.”
