A beauty salon in Burnham-On-Sea town centre has been recently taken over and given a fresh new look.
Beauty Oasis Spa has bought the premises previously run by Enhance in Burnham High Street which unfortunately closed down last month.
Sarah Hallaran, the owner of the salon, told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “For over 15 years Beauty Oasis has been treating a growing number of clients in the Weston Super Mare and the surrounding area and we have established ourselves as the number one salon to visit.”
“We were looking for a new location for a salon when we saw this opportunity come up.”
“We visited Burnham-On-Sea on a number of occasions and fell in love with the bustling High Street, the close proximity to the sea, and the friendliness of the local people.”
“We have been very welcomed since we opened and everyone has been so friendly. We have kept on the same beauty therapists and also the reception staff, so Jadine, Hayley and Sophie will be continuing to offer treatments and the same level of service they always have.”
“They will be joined by some of our core staff from other salons including Tilly and Jenna who has become the Salon Manager.”
“Beauty Oasis Spa is very much a destination for relaxation and treatments and we hope to bring new treatments in the near future to the Burnham-On-Sea salon, such as hot stone massage, Indian head massage and reflexology.”
“We are putting in a training programme so that current staff will be able to carry out the new treatments and continue to develop their skills. We also plan to modernise and change some of the rooms to offer more specialist treatments, manicures and pedicures.”
Beauty Oasis Spa is also a Training Academy offering a wide range of beauty training courses with nationally recognised qualifications. They also offer apprentiship schemes and offer career support to successful candidates joining the scheme.
