Firefighters from Burnham-On-Sea were sent to reports of two vehicles on fire in Bason Bridge, near Highbridge last night (Saturday).
Crews were called out at 11.10pm to Factory Lane in Bason Bridge where both vehicles were “well alight.”
A spokesman told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “Crews used one compressed air foam jet and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire.”
“One of the vehicles was 100% damaged by the fire and the other one was fifteen per cent damaged by the heat and smoke.”
Police are investigating the incident and anyone with information about how the fire started should contact them on 101.
