Tickets have gone on sale for a black tie ball to raise funds for a new £60,000 rescue hovercraft in Burnham-On-Sea.
The event is being jointly overseen by The Rotary Club of Burnham, in partnership with BARB, and will be held at the Batch Country Hotel in Lympsham on 10th April at 7pm.
Tickets, priced £37.50, will include a quality three course meal prepared by highly experienced chefs, plus live entertainment from professional singer and entertainer Julie Thursday featuring music from the 1960s to the present day.
An auction of official signed sporting and entertainment collectables will be held and there will also be a fun casino table offering black jack, craps and roulette.
“We’re delighted to be supporting BARB’s fundraising campaign for a new rescue hovercraft – this special event will help raise money for this very worthwhile local cause,” Burnham Rotary Club President Jim Tancock told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
Dress code will be black ties for gentlemen and ‘dress to impress’ for ladies. For further information and to reserve tickets, call 01278 786814.
