Burnham-On-Sea Baptist Church welcomes new minister at service

Burnham-On-Sea Baptist Church welcomed its new Minister at a special service on Saturday (September 1st).

The Church has been without a Minister since the end of last year and its congregation formally welcomed Rob Howlett into the role.

“Rob and his wife, Paula, joined the Church about four years ago and he’s has since found himself being led into full-time Christian Ministry,” explaiend a spokesman.

“He will be working part time for the Church in the first instance as he undertake studies at Bristol Baptist College. Rob is an extremely talented musician and with Paula regularly leads worship on Sunday mornings.”

Rob told Burnham-On-Sea.com: “I’m delighted and excited for the future. I’m looking forwards to my four years at the college and taking on the role of minister.”
