Burnham-On-Sea’s Princess Theatre is hosting a top quality ballet performance tonight (Saturday) that brings to life the timeless story of Cinderella.
Award-winning group Ballet Cymru, nominated as Best Independent Company at the Critics Circle UK National Dance Awards, will present a ‘sparkling and refreshing’ ballet based on the eternal fairy tale, starting at 7.30pm.
The group prides itself on being different and Cinderella will be no exception, with a specially commissioned music score and creative circus elements, combined with the finest classical dance.
“Ballet Cymru worked with award-winning composer Jack White and Circus Company Citrus Arts to conjure a surprising world of wonder and magic,” a spokesperson told Burnham-On-Sea.com.
“The show brings to life this timeless story using the company’s unique blend of classical technique and storytelling.”
