Police have appealed for witnesses following an early morning assault in Burnham-On-Sea last weekend.
The incident happened at 1.15am last Saturday (November 15th) when two men were injured.
“They had intervened to break up a fight between two men and two women at the junction of Burnham’s High Street and Abingdon Street,” said police spokesman Wayne Baker.
“We are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident who may have information to help our enquiries.”
